Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pip’s Attic. We want you to be delighted with your miniatures. If you need to return an item, our policy follows UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to ensure you are fully protected.
1. Your Right to Cancel (The 28-Day Window)
We offer a clear return process that gives you up to 28 days to get your items back to us. To start a return, please visit our Return Portal.

Step 1 (First 14 Days): You must request your return via the portal or notify us by email at orders@pipsattic.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Step 2 (Next 14 Days): Once your request is submitted or approved, you have a further 14 days to physically return the item to us.

Total: This provides a total window of 28 days from delivery to return the goods, provided you contact us within the first two weeks.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Handmade & Bespoke)
In line with UK law, bespoke or handmade items (made specifically to your order) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.
3. Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of unnecessary handling or use.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please report it to orders@pipsattic.com immediately with your order number and photographs of the damage. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or replacement under your statutory rights.
5. Return Postage

Change of Mind: You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return postage costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
