Pip’s Attic is a UK-based business located in Leicestershire. All sales are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Accuracy of Content

  • Handmade Nature: Many of our products (such as our mice and miniatures) are handmade. As such, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur. These are not considered faults but are part of the unique character of the item.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud).

4. Delivery

  • We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or Royal Mail.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pip’s Attic shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

  • Our total liability to you for any order shall not exceed the total price of the goods purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Pip’s Attic. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.

8. Gift Cards

  • Expiry: All Pip’s Attic gift cards are valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will be forfeited.

  • Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed against any physical product on our website but cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
