Our Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Pip’s Attic. We take great care in packaging our miniatures and mice to ensure they arrive safely.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. For your peace of mind, all items are sent using a tracked service.

• Standard Shipping (Tracked): £3.95 (Estimated 2 to 4 business days)

• Express Shipping (Tracked): £5.25 (Estimated 1 to 3 business days)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. For bespoke or handmade items, please allow additional time for creation as noted in the product description.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel's progress directly on the Royal Mail website.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us immediately at orders@pipsattic.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve this for you.
